Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident about your decision. If treatment isn't right for you, we make the process straightforward and fair.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, no hidden commitments.
- Cancel online through your patient portal, or email support@virile.ai
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access through the end of your paid period
- No further charges after cancellation
2. Refund Eligibility

| Cancel within 30 days, no prescription dispensed | Full refund |
| Cancel within 30 days, prescription shipped but unopened | Full refund minus shipping |
| Cancel after 30 days or prescription used | No refund for current cycle; no future charges |
| Adverse reaction requiring discontinuation (physician documented) | Prorated refund for unused portion |
| Product quality issue or shipping damage | Full replacement or full refund |
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@virile.ai with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, account email, and reason for request
- Requests reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Physician consultation fees for completed consultations where a prescription was issued and filled
- Medications that have been opened or used
- Shipping fees on successfully delivered orders (unless damaged/defective)
5. Subscription Pauses
Need a temporary break? You may pause your subscription for up to 60 days without losing your account or treatment history. Contact support@virile.ai to arrange a pause.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve most billing issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
