We only use sensitive personal information (health data) for providing medical services.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights.

We verify your identity before processing. You may designate an authorized agent with signed written authorization. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more with notice).

6. Retention

We retain personal information as necessary for stated purposes and legal obligations. Health records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by law.

7. HIPAA Exemption
