5. How to Exercise Your Rights

We verify your identity before processing. You may designate an authorized agent with signed written authorization. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more with notice).
6. Retention
We retain personal information as necessary for stated purposes and legal obligations. Health records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by law.
7. HIPAA Exemption
Certain health information governed by HIPAA is exempt from the CCPA/CPRA. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for HIPAA-covered information.
